2. Product Information

  • Please note that colour may vary slightly due to screen resolution, lighting, and batch variations.
  • Human hair extensions are a natural product; slight differences in texture or shade between bundles may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered hair extensions.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with seals intact.

Return Process
