Refund policy

 

A return or exchange may be approved only if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with seals intact.
• The return request is made within [7–14] days of receiving your order.
• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item.

Return Process

1. Email dreamlengthsextensionsltd@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and photos of the issue (if applicable).
2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorisation and instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.
4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [5–10 business days] after inspection.
